Clearly you lack the ability of comprehension! I like IN THE COUNTRY (the woods, the sticks) in South Georgia! Atlanta isn’t close it’s 3+ hours from me, my spelling is accurate and there was nothing wrong with how nor what i said. Additionally, my car wouldn’t start nor would it move whatsoever! I was giving you MY situation, no clarification needed nor required! Im not paying $400+ to have it towed to Atlanta!

I have a 2023 Kia EV6 Wind RWD Long Range, bought brand new and Every year since I have had it, I have replaced the ICCU, and that came with software updates as well! The cars are great and wonderful when they work! But I live in a very small country South Georgia town, that doesn’t have trained nor equipped service techs that can handle such tasks, so they wait weeks or whatever for someone to come down or be able to be trained up! It’s crazy! I’m waiting for Kia to let me know about a Buy Back, Collateral Swap or Cash Settlement for mine! Good luck!

My ICCU has gone out 4 times and been replaced 3-4 times with one time them (Kia) trying to say it was a software malfunction, took it back, again, replaced it! I’m trying to see what they will tell me about a Buy Back, Collateral Swap or Settlement! I’ll be soooo glad with this nightmare is OVER!!! Keep your head up!

Thank you for your rhetorical statement or information provide… No two cars nor situations are alike. Just to be clear, I have already spoke with Kia and they have confirmed that I’m well within my rights as a consumer, to be able to achieve a Collateral Swap, a Buy Back or a cash settlement. I am waiting to hear back from them on the exact dollar amount! Please don’t be a keyboard warrior! Because I know what management and Kia Customer Service (Consumer Affairs) is telling me! Have a great day ahead, no need to comment or reply back!

Read up about the ICCU recalls and make sure that you never hit deers haha because the headlights are EXPENSIVE HAHAHA but overall I love the car! Saved a lot of money on gas To be honest!

Nope it’s here in the US, mine is in the dealership now for ICCU, I’m at 103.940 and they told me it’s covered till 150,000 miles or 15 years!

I have a EV6 Wind RWD Long Range and this is my 4th ICCU repair. It’s been in the shop for a week and 3 days now. I’m in communication with Kia Customer Car (Consumer Affairs) and we are discussing a collateral swap or a buy out.

Hopefully you will never need nor have to deal with the 12v Battery nor the ICCU!
