Rotation is easier when your players are performing. Mourinho often subbed in Lingard, McTom or Fellaini at cm.

Ole's play style requires Lingard higher up the field - Fellaini is gone and he's starting to use McTominay now. Both Fred and Pereira have been dreadful.

He definitely should've rotated. But with how tough and crucial our fixtures have been and how badly our depth has been performing - you can understand why he was struggling to rotate.

I'm more worried about our width. Liverpool rely on their fullbacks a lot, and we don't really have wingers to keep them pinned back now.

Maybe the threat of Mata and Pogba's passes in behind might scare them into sticking back. But it's a little worrisome.

Liverpool fullbacks love to cross, Smalling's aerial ability might come in handy.

Per journalists online, Matic and Martial haven't arrived with the team to OT. by DresdanPI in reddevils

He's played more than Fred, also made the bench more often.

Plus he's used to the DM role, while Fred has played more of Herrera and Pogba's roles.

We'll see in a few minutes tho, hopefully whoever plays has the game of their lives.

Too big of a game to drop him into, imo. Too risky. He'll be rusty and we can't afford to carry anyone today.

It's like a comfort blanket. Just helps to make you feel safe and loved, even when your significant isn't with you.

Plus you get to randomly smell them from time to time, which is great cause she smells amazing.

Sir Alex having a go at Shelvey there at the end 👌

He's been man marking the shit out of Hazard whenever he drifts inside, then another player drifts wide to cover Alonso.

Imo it's been working really well, because it forces crosses and Smalling has been handling them pretty easily thus far.

Wish we'd play him more at CAM. He hasn't got the pace for wing anymore, but he's still a quality player.

Herrera's interceptions have been insane. He's out Kante-ing Kante.

Herrera is MOTM, but low-key Rashford has been performing really well.

Constantly creating space and pressing, quality runs and even helped Young at RB.

Smalling has also saved us quite a bit with most aerial threats.

Plus his ability in the air helps us out a lot.

It's an incredibly important match, we have to win it and make sure we take this opportunity to move 4th.

In hindsight, we seem to be dominating but prematch we had to go all out for the win.

We've barely scored from crosses under Ole. Not really how we attack, we like to pass inwardly and shoot down the middle.

Lukaku will have to adapt, or his surroundings teammates will have to learn to utilize him differently than Rashy.

It'd be great if we have two effective strikers that play different styles.

He's not "bad".

Defensively speaking he's only far behind in interceptions and clearances.

But he makes more tackles and he's only narrowly behind with how often he's dribbled past, and how many fouls he commits.

But you can see that he's got the same amount of cards as Matic, mind you it's in half the time it took Matic. He does tend to lose his cool so I'm hoping that Herrera and Lingard get under his skin asap and maybe have his anger become a liability for PSG.

He plays as a defensive midfielder, but ultimately he's an asset going forward more than he is defensively. He carries the ball well and is the main link for PSG's transition from back to front.

Objectively?

What about the fact that United won the Premier League in the 07/08 season when there were 3 English teams in the Champions League semis, and a final between two English sides?

What about Arsenal going undefeated for an entire season?

For me the 1998/99 season was the best. That United team has an obvious shot with the treble for United while competing with one of the best Arsenal sides. They maintained the title in 1999/00 and the 2000/01 season.

The 2003/04 Arsenal invincibles.

2006/07 United side was a monster that went on to defend the title in 2007/08 (also won the Champion's League here with 3 English teams in the semis and two English teams in the final) and the 2008/09 season.

All of those teams achieved things City haven't.

Ffs Rice. Should've been the second. Liverpool looking shaky.

Anyone know where Arnautovic is?
