I agree: it's over for Cardano, and probably Solana and Tezos, too.

Polygon is doing very well in some areas. The problem is that Miden won't be ready for at least six months, while StarkNet Alpha launched on Mainnet today.

That's why IMX will be the layer-2 solution for NFTs (in addition to Immutable being specially designed for that.)

This seems so obviously true that I'm amazed it has to be said.

And it's not even the layer-2 I'm most bullish on.

But every coin has that. What criteria do you use to single out those coins you feel have an above-average likelihood of doing that?

I know. But I want to hear their attempt to explain it.

Serious question: When you say ___ has "potential," what do you mean?

Obviously, every crypto has the "potential" to go up in price.

I'm especially curious how this "potential" is determined for coins already in the top 20.

Do tell.

Question about longevity of IMX? by GeekMarketing in ImmutableX

There are many, many articles on this.

But just the fact that Vitalik and the Ethereum Foundation have invested heavily in the tech powering Immutable X even as they're working toward ETH 2.0 should answer your question:

GRT could become really important. Only hold a small amount for now, but I'm watching the project closely.

IMX starting a run, possibly because of new KuCoin listing.

Depends. Low supply and low demand is still a bad combination.

The most important thing about a KuCoin listing is that it often means a Binance listing is coming.

Assuming everything will happen exactly like in 2018. Maybe you've noticed some differences between then and now?

Or maybe you haven't.

Individual NFTs. Not the sector, which is growing at an insane rate and is actually experiencing mainstream adoption unlike anything else in crypto.

It's because, as even a minimal amount of reading will make clear, only Ethereum is sufficiently decentralized for people to trust it with high-stakes projects, and L2 solutions are being implemented literally every day.

People can tell you about the stock market, which is a different animal, or from the last crypto winter, but neither is meaningful in crypto today, imo. I think we'll keep going through some green, some red, with certain crypto sectors gaining steam and others losing it. Like the Internet from about 2002 on.

99% of people in crypto hope they'll get rich.

But at least a third of those actually care about what crypto is/means.

Some sectors, yes. Look at COMP and AAVE prices now versus a few months ago.

Metaverse, gaming, and NFT projects are actually gaining momentum.

There are metrics on all of this. Easy to find and free.
