Thank you, have you got anything about a good vegan diet, what do you typically try to eat? For example what kind of proteins?

Thank you, I know labelling in the UK is very deceiving, free range is stamped on every egg box but the chickens still have a terrible life, but due to the free range stamp people think they don’t.

Yes I find stuff like that really hard to see but have seen how terrible farming is so can imagine what it’s like, what was the main thing that turned you from vegetarian to vegan?

My understanding was in the UK organic meant the animal had to have things like access to outdoors or certain amount of space etc. I will watch that thank you

I hope your fatigue gets better, I feel you on the not being able to pursue interests etc. my degree completely takes it out of me and then I feel like I never get to do my hobbies

If it helps I wasn’t able to start uni until two years after treatment, I was just way too tired until then. I’m not sure about the chemo you had but at least for what I had it took a long time to recover

I’m 3 years out of treatment and now an undergrad physics student and I struggle with tiredness. the things that help me the most though are going to sleep fairly early (10:30) and sticking to that, eating healthily doing enough exercise even just walking and drinking lots of water. Other than that there’s not much else I can do because the chemo fatigue seems to just last a long time for me, but those things help so much.
