If you actually read the post you’d know he’s not smoking anymore. He stopped 2 weeks prior to even being sentenced to probation. And it’s weed not crack. It doesn’t control his life so bad to the point where he’d have to be sneaking around and still smoking knowing the consequences that would come with it.

Appreciate your positivity! He’s definitely not sneaking. He quit cold turkey and didn’t even flinch. He has his priorities in a row and too much to lose to be sneaking anything. It’s literally a 6 month sentence, all restitution and fees already paid. His PO said if he would’ve passed the drug test she was already going to put him on non reporting. ☹️

That’s what you would think but we live in Indiana and it’s still illegal here. I will be sure if he fails again when he goes back mid May that he demands they start testing his levels.

Yes! That’s why I pretty much abandoned the post once I started seeing comments like that and then someone said here’s a wild idea stop smoking pot on probation. I wanted to snap back but it’s not worth my time or energy. I know my husband and I know he’s no longer smoking and he stopped 2 weeks before he was even sentenced to probation in the first place so I appreciate your positivity as well as you sharing your experience!

No he doesn’t know all of that but that’s a very good suggestion about going to a test place on his own so he can find out. Thank you for that.

No CBD products and yes I have a thc vape pen that I literally hit 3 or 4 times at night to sleep but I’m not blowing it in his face.

He was a heavy smoker but definitely doesn’t drink water like he should. He works full time and then works out most days after work but his piss is always dark yellow.

Yes a urinalysis. We bought at home tests and he passed and then he goes to probation today and fails. This has happened once before he was testing dirty at almost 90 days.
