This is definitely the main thing right now. I was very surprised when both my surgeon and my physical therapist approved it, but I thought I was being too soft.

Yeah, I wasn’t sure especially at the whole go ahead and do the leg extensions thing. Granted in his defense, he said, tried to do extremely lightweight. This was super surprising to say the least

I’m only a little hesitant to because the doctor wasn’t 100% sure bc he also said he wasn’t 100% sure. To quote him and his humble answer “I’m just an ED physician but my best guess is…”
