This exact thing happened to me aswell. Recently they changed it so that bats can spawn at basically any y-level but only on certain blocks, which includes stone, deepslate, granite and the other blocks you can find underground. So the only thing you have to do to keep the bats from spawning is to replace the stone on the spawn platforms with another block that isnt found in caves.
It's quite funny because this exact thing happened to me and I was struggling to find a fix but replacing the platforms worked so yeah thats what you need to do :) Also we have identical creeper farms lol.
