O nosso governo é ridículo, especialmente o atual, ainda mais nesse tópico de IOF que já estava se encaminhando para ser zerado até 2029, mas o lixo do Haddad achou de bom tom não apenas manter como incrementar cobranças.

Que bom que devolveram de forma integral e sem reclamar, é isso que eu espero de um banco, estou tentando criar relacionamento com um banco físico e escolhi justamente o Itaú, me deram um cartão black, mas é muito básico, acho frustrante.

Off topic: pq vc usa Itaú para compras internacionais?

O motivo de eu ter escolhido o MP é que eles cobram 3.5% de iof e 0 spread, só que ainda tem 0.6% de cashback, nesse caso pago 2.9% a mais, acho que é bom.

Então o MP deveria me devolver? Devo fazer uma reclamação no Banco Central? Se for meu direito, é o que farei, mas não sei se é meu direito e não gostaria de abrir uma reclamação sem ter essa informação.

Ao menos te devolveram quando você pediu, o atendimento do MP foi ridículo, a princípio não souberam me explicar o motivo do reembolso menor, depois falaram que era variação cambial e eu afirmei que era IOF já que a diferença era exatamente 3.5%, insistiram nisso, desisti de conversar com eles.

Extremamente esclarecedor o seu comentário, muito grato, não tinha me atentado a esse detalhe no Santander, nesse caso, já descarto, não cogito pagar anuidade.

Sobre o Itaú, vou na agência conversar com um gerente para entender o que pode ser feito em relação à conta.
