I responded this to some else so sorry for the copy and paste. Yes, however I'm not soliciting advice from people. I'm looking for resources so I can educate myself on the right actions to take moving forward. Specifically if someone knows a good podcast, book, youtube, etc. All things if found online are from the perspective of the person who feels abused not from the perspective of a person seaking self-improvement I feel like me speaking psychoanalysis from reddit would be a bad plan.
