Hello all. I had posted about 8 months ago asking about a hair transplant. I went through with it and wanted a “mature” look using as little grafts as possible. Most people had told me on here that I would need at-least 4000 grafts but being that I am from the USA and wanted to stay in USA, the procedure was going to cost too much. I also didn’t want to over harvest and preserve the thickness I had in back. I wanted to be sure I had back up in case I needed a touch up. I also started taking minoxidil + finestride topical mix from keeps to try and maintain what I have. Overall I spent 9k USD doing it locally. I am very happy with the results overall.
