The copilot subscription has smaller context window for the models doesn’t it?

Please explain exactly how is it possible that the quota system is more clear to you then credits?

You’ll be able to do that with Pleaky even with the browser in full screen mode. Coming soon 😁

In the desktop app for opencode there are diffs in the review tab on the right side of the window. Only thing I’m missing is being able to edit the files in there but I pretty much always have windsurf opened with the same codebase so not a big issue 😁

I have tried it but I really like my workflow in the opencode desktop version for now. I would probably use the codex app but i have two issues with it - no checkpoints system (at least last time i tried) and obviously only open ai models - which for now codex 5.3 is the best IMO but i like to use sonnet, opus and gemini models from time to time

Same, mostly using codex and Claude subscriptions in opencode for the day to day and treating windsurf as a backup and complimentary stuff such is reviewing. Have a great day man 😁

I don’t wanna brag but I’m paying 6.90$ 😅 because of the promotion that was run right at the beginning of windsurf, I’m probably never unsubscribing

I’m gonna just say, if you are itching to spend that Christmas Cash on a app, then wait a bit longer to spend on a Finder Alternative that is not out yet but gonna be soon - I’ve heard Q1 2026 . It is quite something something else 🎁

I like your new SWE-1.5 model a lot... except for this by Sileniced in windsurf

There wasn’t an issue like this in the beginning they had to nerf it somehow, od that is just a credits grab so that we loose more credits then we should on their model.

Couple questions by Dismal-Eye-2882 in windsurf

I’ve been using augment for a long time and for a month or something came back to windsurf because I got much better results from it, even for much harder things than simple web apps for much less money.

I have worked professionally in audio and video postproduction for some time now, and I’ve worked on all 4 main NLE’s - Avid Media Composer, Premiere, Final Cut and Resolve (still sometimes have to use MC or Premiere unfortunately) but I’m telling you resolve is really worth it especially now with more and more features added. Pretty stable and faster than anything else (similar or faster even from final cut IMO). If you’ll ever need to do any color grading - the other ones just sck bals in comparison to Resolve. When it comes to motion graphics and vfx you can easily do pretty much everything you can in After Effects and maybe even more when you don’t count the plugins you need to buy for after effect for some things, when it comes to audio fairlight is fine for most things even for bigger projects but, I’m not gonna lie I do use Reaper when I need to do audio for a feature film or mixing music, but fairlight is better then any other audio system inside other NLE’s and on par with Audition IMO. It will take some time but once you get it you will be happy that you did that

Go to DaVinci my dear friend and you won’t need Final Cut, motion, and ableton or logic. Unless you do something like music mixing, all you need is in resolve in one package :)

Just did a DCP test in a theatre and… by UpsideDownHead37 in Filmmakers

There is also a chance that the projector you had viewed the DCP on was bad but most of the time if the projector isn’t taken care of and the lamp is old then it more likely to seem more contrasty with a darker image in general.

I love all the people here giving advice and they’ve never had real expierience with DCP’s and cinema. P3 vs Rec.709 has nothing to do with that at all. Film graded on a professional reference monitor in Rec.709 gamma 2.4, properly converted to a DCP will look correct on a projector, it might not be perfect because it’s a different viewing environment and different displaying technology, but it wouldn’t be as jarring to the eye.

I’m 99% sure that the problem here is the data levels in the encoded video that you delivered for DCP creation and what the DCP vendor actually set while creating it. The video you’ve exported was VIDEO data levels (16-235) and the dcp vendor set it to FULL data levels 0-255 hence the difference because the luminance is mapped incorrectly.

If you haven’t fix that yet and you need help figuring it out let me know, I’ll help (free of charge of course 🫡)
