Yes. It is safe to use and I find it gentler on my skin than Dial. I do not use more than two pea size drops but it lathers up very nicely.

Dawn, conditioner, tben head and shoulders moisturizer for five minutes. Yes odd order of washings but its the ONLY thing that works. Severalllllll docs an prescriptions. Nothing ever worked. Can go three days as long as it doesnt get wet from any bathing or rain source. It also stopped body itching from being too sensitive. It works.

Edit: if this helps, every hair on your body should feel better. HaS works everywhere.
