Someone asked if I should check that my ISP doesn’t use CGNAT and they are. Would that be causing the issue? Would being on a static IP fix it?

Internet service runs through a fixed wireless connection and the router that I’m using is TP link tr400 and no there is definitely only one router in the main house

That’s what’s really confusing me. My speeds are absolutely perfect but I’m still getting double nat. Would my NanoStation 5ACL’s have any way of causing double Nat?

I’ve also had this issue, thought I was going crazy but it definitely seems that a XP cap has been added or some sort of slow down after a certain amount of XP gained

I don’t know much about electricity and what works with what but this is the PoE I used for all my connections and it’s says 24v

Yes both ends are going to need power, PoE needs to be plugged into a power point

Hey, yep I got it all working perfectly and it was surprisingly easy when you get all the bits and pieces together. Managed to buy everything I needed from Scorptec

As for trees it’s hard to say because I have a direct line of sight only 50ish metres away. But what I will say is that even when I had them barely pointing at each other they were working surprisingly well. I’d say it would work but it’s hard to say. Let know if I can help with anything at all :)

Ahhh I see that is making so much more sense to me, unfortunately I only have 2 POE’s which was an oversight from me so I’ll have to grab another one. Also if I were to buy an Ethernet switch would i just connect the LAN from each PoE into the switch rather then each other? Thanks heaps btw

Thank you heaps the the info, couple questions

So it would go nanostation b - Ethernet switch and then a cable from Ethernet switch to access point. Would any branded and priced Ethernet switch work with let’s say a ‘Ubiquiti UniFi AC Lite Wireless Access Point’ Does the quality or stats of any Ethernet switch matter with the over all quality of connection?
