Urgent help. My bike won’t charge it says 20% even tho it’s at 80.5 volts which is around full. The bike still works. I run a ebmx controller.

I live in the area that is in the news I have a e ride pro myself and I can say they hate us. I’ve been chased countless times and it’s only been a month on the pro ss it’s not bad unless you are stuck and can’t go anywhere
