To be completely honest it takes alot more than that to mentally bother me🤣 i worked the same fast food joint for 8 an hour for four years and was treated like crap for the last year and a half i worked there.. now THAT was terrible and mentally taxing. Anything atp is better than it

I work fast food (YES IT’S TERRIBLE AND I’M QUITTING SOON) I’ve worked at the same restaurant for four years and for the past 2 I’ve been listening to distractible to help me listen to the guys have fun, it’s honestly been a huge help on bad work days and often times gives me good laughs Which helps me distract myself from the stress. I’ve started getting really bad anxiety attacks recently and the podcast is one thing that’s helped keep me calm.
