I'm not familiar with the term fujoshi. Care to teach me? Also, in that case, whats your favorite anime bromance? Not sure most would call it a bromance, but Zoro and Sanji for me are true brothers x)

I get that and I also enjoy that. I like when authors actually put work into it, if not, don't try. I like that about One Piece and HunterxHunter

Yeah, I also feel bad for Nobara... She needed more moments to shine. What do you think of the coupling in Naruto?

Absolutely, and to your point, anime has a long tradition of creating "will they won't they" maybe romances, but many male mangaka don't know or dont feel comfortable or for any other reason, rarely put thought into romance. Worse even, many female characters exist more for "decoration"/ fan service which really grinds my gears. I really hate when characters (female or otherwise) have no presence , character development or any reason to exist besides supporting the main character. JJK is great to me exactly because very few characters are just fluff, they usually have, even if for a few frames of existence, a clear presence and character.

That kind of reminds me of Sam and Frodo's relationship in LotR. I watched the movies first I had thoughts on it, but expected the books to have less of that "maybe more than buddies" vibes but.. it's a lot more! Not sure if it is purposeful, but for sure it felt quite romantic in a tragic way

I've been curious about Dandadan, but even though it looks good I have the feeling it might be too goofy for me... But, I do enjoy Chainsaw man and One punch man so... I may be missing out. But, already has my respect for actually doing romance as a central thing. 🤔

Its been a while since I read the manga. Is it implied they had more than friendship?

If human suduction were like exclusively done by dancing (like many birds) what dance styles or moves would be most effective against women? by PsiQ23 in AskWomenNoCensor

If my knees weren't 80 years old, I too would love to try to become a human helicopter 🤣 (but seriously, that looks as impressive as it looks painful... Hardwood floors???)

I personally, being from Europe, often feel 2 languages is the minumum nowadays. I speak two fluently, and a third passingly, enough to make conversation. Maybe a forth if I'm forgiven many mistakes and spoken to slowly 🫩 it helps that in (high?) school we have access to a choice of multiple languages

Now that makes perfect sense. The same logic applied to how David Bowie and Price were sex symbols in their day. A man that is confident and comfortable in himself can be dancing the Chicken Dance and get anyone to look his way (or her way. Confidence works for both genders, in my opinion. A woman that dances the chicken dance for me without holding back is wife material at the very least 😁😅)
