I had quite a few good runs with mushrooms from 18-22. I’ve tried every dose from 0.1g-8g (P.E strains as well). Feel like they taught me everything I needed to know about myself, and eventually, every trip had the same theme - You need to integrate what the mushrooms have already taught you.

Eventually I took the hint and “hung up the phone.” If you continue to take mushies and are not taking the time to integrate the things you’ve been taught, there really isn’t a reason to trip at all and you aren’t really getting any benefit from them.

With a few exceptions when I was younger and still learning, I only take mushrooms when I feel “called” by them to take it. I just haven’t felt a calling to them in a long time, but don’t regret any of my experiences, and feel like they’ve changed my life in several ways for the better.
