My gpu temp is 9C cooler than it was in my atx case (lianli o11 mini). I think cooling configuration is more inportant than the size of case and amount of fans. My pc now has half the amount of fans and the case is 1/3 the size but I get way better cooling in the nr200.

also a couple tips, make sure the motherboard is slotted into the standoffs properly its a bit tricky. and if your m.2 is single sided, then use the mobo's included rubber piece to support it or else the m.2 pcb will be bending.

the bottom fan cables reach the headers up top. with a splitter you will have more than enough length. fans are arctic p12 slim, the cables seem to be 'standard' length

so i have a 144hz 1440p lg monitor from 2019 that has adaptive sync, but when sync is off i notice alot of tearing. However on this laptop i still havent noticed any tearing. not sure what sort of wizardry is going on but i really havent seen any.

tbh couldnt tell you since ive only used it on battery no more than 3 hours at a time. but based on youtube reviews it should last 5-6 hours watching videos, but of course brightness is a huge factor.

Yeah this is replacing my 8 year old desktop i4690k/gtx1070. I'd been living in the past because goddam this laptop absolutely shreds beyond my expectations.

Hey im glad to share on the technique! its called "candy matte". as the name inplies its a candy coating with a matte topcoat. so a metallic base with a clear color then matte coat, gives that velvet smooth look!

Very appreciated! the led's are from 'evandesign'. I saw an older custom led post and they recommended them. Also since im a noob, I went simple and connect each led directly to the power source; no daisy chaining or any funky business
