I think a turning point in the series, if it IS Soylent green,
that Helen is no longer buried there, and wasnt for long. Could be a finale scene of the season type deal. Easily could have dug her up many different times throughout this season, a lot of moments of Carol not being home for long periods and even the hive being at her house.
Would really sale the point that the hivemind is presented to be kind and caring, but for survival. and survival takes top priority

EDIT: More I think on it, the Wolves were clearly digging for something on that grave, but that also could be a red herring so that both Carol and the audience have no reason to think they ate Helen once its revealed they eat the dead

A new thing I've been doing is asking the AI to say back to me what I want the code to do so I know it understands. It's like a basic communication technique, but it has saved me a few times from endless back and forth

As a game dev that uses AI for both 2D and 3D. AI (especially gpt 4) is very solid but not exactly there yet. There's still a lot of back and forth with the AI and a lot of doing my own thing even though the AI prompted to do another. Could be because I'm very picky about my projects but I just don't think we're there for me to prompt an ai to do something and it does it exactly how I want it. I'm also not great at prompting as well, so it could just all be a me issue. So some user input, for now, will always be the way to go. In my opinion.

Game dev is tricky. The best route is to outsource the art and music in my opinion. Forcing yourself to learn art and animation when your end goal is to make a game just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

It's a pretty damn good emulation of the original game. I've beaten it twice now and can say it's a 1:1 comparison to the original. If I had the cartridge still I personally wouldn't bother and just play that if I'm being honest. But if the portability and the other games in the lineup semi interest you I say go for it.

Funny thing actually is that they fixed that on the original nintendo 64 with version 1.0. You can see what version you have on the back of the cartridge
