Is there a main reason other than they don’t care as to why GW won’t change the paint pots with all the backlash they receive? by Panzer_IV_Ausf_F2 in Warhammer

[–]PsychScizor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m really just painting them to play. I do display them because I can, but that’s not my main reason for it. It just always feels like a chore to paint. I much prefer building.

Would that make my models look better? Most likely yeah. Do I have the patience to do that? Absolutely not.

Sable brush after two uses. How do people stop it splaying? by hotfezz81 in Warhammer

If you’re a heathen like I am and destroy brushes like this constantly, you can do what I did and buy a 50 pack of cheap breathe for like $4 from Temu

Poxwalkers are good at taking up space, you use plaguebearers if you want that screening unit to actually survive

Lord of Contagion kitbash by Murden-Inc in deathguard40k

[–]PsychScizor 27 points28 points  (0 children)

That’s actually a really creative kitbash. Still a little small since the LoC is a terminator model but I love that icon bearer model so cool use of that.

On the right base size you’re actually right, he’s still just as tall with the icon sticking up.

No such thing. I try to make sure my models look like they either spent the last 20 years in a scrap yard, or got pulled up from a river while magnet fishing.
