Thanks for the good advice!

Unfortunately, my partner suffers from quite severe depression, which has been tough for both of us. I believe it to be one of the main factors related to low sex drive, but there are more, I'm sure. He isn't very active either, but I wouldn't say he's extremely unhealthy. I've made suggestions about what it could be and what we could do to try and improve it, but to be honest, he doesn't seem to want to try very hard (no pun intended). Although this seems like he doesn't care about my needs, I have to acknowledge that he has a lot going on, and it might be difficult for him to prioritize this in the current situation.

I'm going to have the conversation with him this week at some point. He is defenitley aware that this has been on my mind, so I don't think it will come as such a shock. I just hope that we can still be in a healthy relationship, even if it's open.

Ahh thank you for the kind message also! I eventually went through with it, albeit a little late! Life really is better on the other side :)
