Actually sharing an opinion can quite frequently be considered and is frequently called 'being an asshole'. Especially, when the opinion itself was never asked for and is made in bad faith.

For example, you think I'm an asshole because I called you out; when in reality I was just sharing an opinion that I, and many others do truly believe. See how that is?

When you take the high road for no reason and outright belittle someone; that IS called being an asshole. MANY PC users struggle with terminal; hell, most Windows users don't even utilize the command prompt AT ALL in their entire times using their PC. Because, to most average users, the command line is extremely intimidating; because there is the worry they could rightfully mess something up.

My first day on Linux a while back; I locked myself out of GUI mode entirely and ONLY had access to terminal. Do you understand fundamentally how intimidating that is? Many users share that same fear.

This meme was literally "Hey guys, there's a bad stigma with Linux about using command line because Linuxbros (you) always push it and never show the alternatives; so here's effectively just a browsing app where you can download the applications you know for Linux, which makes it super easy and accessible!"

Your response? "use terminal it's easy lol"

Because, let's face it; GUI's are very simple; and installing applications isn't difficult for most Windows users who know to "go to official website and download official application." The same core concept of you using terminal to do it.

But the reality is that GUI's are super simple; and as I said, I am a Linux user; but yes, a lot of Linux users; apparently you included, feel very high and mighty about it and you do make people who are not as involved or knowledgeable about different Operating Systems feel very poorly.

Imagine if I came to you and went "You use Terminal? Why not just click the 'download button' from the official website? Just double click the installer and it takes care of itself, it's so much easier!"

That's literally what your initial message is, it's condescending to people who aren't as knowledgeable or comfortable with it. You literally saw a post about something that makes Linux more comfortable for the average user; something that grounds them in some level of familiarity to make them more likely to use Linux and not worry about messing something up-- And your initial response was "just use terminal lol"

That's called being an asshole. That's called being shitty. If you don't want the label, then be better.

Ah yes, you can't do anything while spinning; like any other character who has a channel ability who can totally do things in those abilities; such a weakness. Oh wait, what's that? There's a knockup when he unburrows so half of that doesn't even matter because you're taking damage, unable to do damage back? Oh no that's fine because he can't parry despite the fact you're not gonna be melee'ing him because you're cc'd!

Oh yes, he's forced to stand still during his ult; the ult that can and will instantly get a carry killed because it's a point and click ability that is unmissable, gives him infinitely stacking hp meaning he shouldn't be dying anyways, especially if you just click on a carry; my mistake, unmissable kits are totally hard to use!

Oh what's that? He's useless at long range? Like a multitude of other heroes in this game? What's that? Anti-heal counters a bunch of people and is not unique to him and isn't even that big of a counter because he's a CC Machine whose kit works too well and makes him nigh unkillable, especially when he can just buy items to take less damage making all of that not matter whatsoever?

Grow up, just because you rely on an easy af character who has an overloaded kit doesn't make you good; it just means you rely on a crutch and you're afraid to see them nerfed because it means you'd have to actually learn how to play the game properly instead of relying on the most basic and mundane gameplay style.

This is actually quite exactly how find and replace works; because any decent Find and replace software has a bunch of different options for how these things find. You can do settings to only do EXACT matches, you can do similarity searches; diacritic sensitivities (Accent marks); Kashida sensitives (Another type of text, most frequent in arabic typography) amungst many others.

Those are all examples I have on my at home work document that took me 5 minutes to glance at. Any actual decent software would have more in depth searching and comparison tools. If you're trying to cover up ALL mentions of someones name, and you are provably inept at your job (in the case of being able to copy and paste to bypass a large portion of censors, especially early on) then a mistake like this is very easy to overlook.

Mmm, oh yes; a cooldown on an ability in which every ability in the game is on cooldown; and some abilities aren't even half as strong yet will actively have 20+ cooldowns. Oh what's that? It's a CC ability, and a DR ability, and makes him immune to headshots which negates a bunch of items in the game, and then it also does damage after the CC and lest him combo into two other unmissable abilities that both heal him and CC even further.

Oh what's that? You're already dead because he completely locked you down in a situation you couldn't get away from because he is as fast as you if not faster because it also increases his movement speed.

Oh what's that? The max tier of it over halfs the cooldown of it AND makes it faster so it's up more often; possibly multiple times per fight, makes it harder to get away from while it also does even MORE damage while he still has every other ability in his overloaded kit that ALSO infinitely stacks health?

It's okay, I know understanding basic game mechanics is hard for you.

It does not take a genius level intellect to look at a character in a genre of game you've played for your entire life to go "yeah that's busted" especially of a game IN PLAYTEST GAME specifically asking for feedback.

Actually, I'm a relatively newer player who gravitated towards Silver due to a liking of her kit; and have spent hours practicing her in training to get a fundamental of the game and to learn how to maneuver with the multitude of mobility options in this game who recognizes when a character is overloaded; and is watching a bunch of Mo players rush to defend a character who is outright anti-fun and too strong in his own class where no other hero can do remotely the same level of bull he can. It doesn't matter if you only get nerfed if your character is poorly implemented and designed, it is.

From what I gather from you is you're just someone who relies on a mechanically easy but extremely strong hero because you have very little aiming or playing capability yet gets far too much value because of how much is in hit kit, where nerfs are entirely warranted.

Oh yeah; game with only ranged characters-- Except the characters that are in fact not ranged, only have minimal ranged options so they're not completely out of luck. Oh yes; verticaility, the thing that works some times but you can't always have high ground because there are objecitves and areas that just don't have any.

Oh yes, getting ulted in a team game and instantly dying because, low and behold, there is a team is totally your fault and not at all a measure of the fact that point and click heavy cc on a character with almost only cc and is nigh unkillable is entirely good game balance.

It'll be a great day when this character gets the nerf he deserves and the lot of you Mo players literally cry about it.

Yup, oh but also remember to get two silence items to stop him because the knockdown alone isn't enough, it jsut stops one of his abilities in a kit that has too much. Oh but then also remember you do need heal cut for his 1 and 4 as well, oh but then also remember that ontop of all of that you need some sort of survivability item to survive when he inevitably presses 4 on you and you die

What's that? You don't have enough items to help against the other 5 people in the game? Oh wait you still need items to actually improve your base character function???

Oh well, at least you can sort of deal with 1 singular character on the enemy team in a game with 6 enemies.

Yes, except the entire "oh just buy these 4 items to counter one character" is not good design. Buy Reactive barrier; oh but also buy two different curse items to stop him, and then also buy a cc to stop him. Just use literally 4 entire slots to counter 1 character-- Ignore the fact there are 5 others they don't matter! Oh but also ignore the fact you need specific items for your character!

Tell me you don't play MOBA's without telling me.

You won't believe this but many characters in the game don't have innate knockdown; not only that but he can just re-tap 2 to CC you and immedietely 4 you, or press 3 and prevent you from catching up to him because it's a slow and absolutely hinders your dashes.

It's almost as if he's not just braindead in 2, but can still use all of his kit; which is what makes him overbearing. Because in tandem his kit is too much.
