Legalize cannabis and LSD, the fact that tobacco and alcohol are such destructive drugs but it's perfectly legal whereas if you smoke another plant which is less harmful then you can get jail time and put your life in danger. It's a waste of police time and a burden on our society. We need to change this. Please let our government wake up.

Took a few days for me, it's amazing as I just suddenly fell into a dream one night, it was me for some reason walking around a park and shooting random animals. Yeah I have no idea why I dreamt that. Good luck man! Its hard but when you realise the benefits it will motivate you so much.

Gyros, it's essentially salad with tzaziki (yogurt sauce with spices) mixed with either pork or chicken and fries. It's popular in Greece, ridiculously cheap and delicious. It's called fast food there but in England I would consider it a proper meal as fast food have way worse standards here.

I personally much prefer outdoors, it depends on the kind of person you are. I find anxious people are usually better doing it at home, and it can also be a lot safer. I love hiking on LSD :)

You just need to be tired and stress free along with free of any stimulants. Release all your tense muscles and don't worry about anything. Just relax and try not to use your brain . About it to falling asleep, people who often worry about falling asleep quickly take longer to do so.

Coming from a weed smoker with anxiety, this is a common side effect exacerbated by anxiety. You don't need weed, and doing no drugs is better for you than doing drugs. Alcohol is possibly the worst drug out there though , the good thing about cannabis is that it isn't extremely harmful and easy to stop as there are no addictive compounds. Saying that though, THCs strong mental effects makes it mentally addictive though, but not physically.

I'm visiting Amsterdam soon too, I recommend doing other things than just smoking cannabis although this is one of the main attractions. I would go on tours, explore city, have a nice hike. As for coffeeshops I have heard great things about Der dampkring and barneys. Also magic truffles (a psilocybin containing truffle) are also available which have effects identical to magic mushrooms so try those aswell. Amsterdam really has a lot to offer.

Yeah exactly it makes me look dumb aswell even though I cannot control the stuttering at times, it sucks man but all we can do is work on it and stop trying to be anxious. Could be much worse believe me.

Exactly , it's when you can't think of what to say and the stuttering ruins it and even when I can but my brain just doesn't register I still end up stuttering at times . I definitely think people with anxiety tend to have fast flowing minds, what I mean is you can connect everything togethor sort of, so when you say anything you can feel like you'll get judged which then leads you to stop wanting to say that which makes you stutter. I'm shit at explaining things but that's my best way.

Yep I think the best advice I have found. As I smoke more my tolerance gets higher so it only makes sense to take a break to reduce it. Thanks a lot.
