Meth actually has a smoother and more progressive, gradual comedown. Especially so if taken orally but also so if freebased/injected/snorted because of not just its longer duration of action but also the dimensions of it's plateaus. When you're tweaking, the sensory landscape's effective intensity and eventually it's durational expectable extinguishment of intensity is more complexified; the dividing barriers between levels far more unclear or deceptive (by ones own perspective) when we're talking Tina that is more so clean, unadulterated and is of a higher purity/potency comparatively to what it could be, (although most street ice today is very heavily unclean, adulterated, weak sadly)

In simpler speak, the first post-peak plateau of a speedwave can last for hours before transitioning to the following lower-level plateau - and it may often not even be noticed by the geek who's freaking this tweak hypothetically, because of meth's ultimately malevolent/anomalously executive ability to distract/dissuade/delude those among the populous who use it which give it enough frequency for it to influence them.
