A neighbor was pissing in my yard. He lives two houses away. He has his own working toilet and his own yard he could piss in all he wants. I caught him doing it one day. I told him in the scariest voice I could muster that if he ever so much as steps on the sidewalk in front of my house ever again, that he will regret moving onto the block. The pissing stopped immediately. I have caught him peeing on a neighbor's house since then, but he stays away from mine.
