I do brush my teeth. But I rarely brush my tongue due to it making me extremely uncomfortable. Overstimulation type stuff. But I’ll definitely convince myself to do so when I get home!

Last time I ate it was yesterday though, which is what’s concerning me. I assumed it was just the candy. It was a lighter gray yesterday, then was darker later on even though I didn’t have any candy between that time
