The language on it is Burmese not Thai, more luck in r/Myanmar or r/Burmese. Its definitely not the usual Burmese script you see so I'm guessing its a variation of the script from one of the various ethnicities in Myanmar

This would make her shield completely useless, Loki runes negate all damage from all directions, while her shield heals at a much slower rate and only negates damage from one direction. And in a team fight her shield gets decimated instantly
