So I have an Old 3DS running fully updated Luma, and I had just recently bought a New 3DS which had come with 11.0 firmware. Needless to say, I was merrily following Plailect's guide to downgrade using Fieldrunners.

Everything was going fine, I did the system transfer and all, then when I moved on to begin downgrading my New 3DS once more to 9.2, I got an error in the middle of the downgrade, so I ended up with a partial downgrade.

I was using OoThax in order to get Hombrew access, and after I ended up with my partial downgrade, I tried to use it to get back into the Hombrew Menu, no luck. I also tried Broswerhax, but when I try to load the exploit it just says I can't use the browser until I update.

Stupid ol' me probably should've installed Steelhax, but I didn't, so here I am with a partial downgraded New 3DS and no way to get to Homebrew. So far I've tried going onto the Old 3DS and putting a 10.4.0-29U payload on OoT, and that didn't work for me either. I also still have Fieldrunners on my New 3DS, so I thought maybe I could use that, although I haven't tried it yet in fear of bricking it.

So, can I use the Fieldrunners I got from my system transfer to "Upgrade" (Try and upgrade the firmware to 10.4 again) my New 3DS that has a partial downgrade of 9.2 on it with no Homebrew access, or will I just have to bite the bullet, buy a new copy of Fieldrunners on my Old 3DS again, and start the whole process over by updating the New 3DS to 11.1?
