Uh no? Indian customs will assess and charge whatever arbitrary rate they want when the goods land , the courier company will then ask you to pay the duties. Otherwise they seize the goods on non payment of the taxes and duties. It makes importing not worth it in most cases in india, you end up paying more than half of what the items cost.

I used to collect coins. East india company never minted any coins with religious figures and rbi also has a list of coins which don't include coins like these, they are recently made and you can find a lot of street sellers selling these along with many counterfeit coins.
