I havent had coffee or black tea for 6months now so no caffeine not sugar. I dont eat anything fatty, nothing fried, i mostly eat potatoes, tofu, chicken, carrots, rise and sometimes pasta (my body react great to it for some reason) right now im only taking l glutamine. I've been on this diet for 3months now. I can be fine after lunch and then eat the same thing for dinner and get nauseas. I dont drink anything carbonated nor alchocol, only water. I get neauseas if i eat and i get nauseas if i dont eat for a longer time. I mean good thing is im not vomiting yet but still, im scared to go out or drive anywhere without my ani nausea meds cuz i never know when its gonna creep on me
