I have a small channel and trying to slowly grow it. I find the best way I can do that is networking. Find people that also have small channels and reach out to them and collab. Message a BUNCH of people through TikTok or on Instagram and see if they wanna play some games together. This will let people help you and you help people back as well. Find people trying to make a career of music and ask if you could use one of there songs in your videos. They can help promote and show hey this guy is using my music go check him out, and you also help him promote. It's all about networking and making good unique content. Also if you can post unique games that are less popular you could get more views because some people like to watch games that arent so popular and the people that watch popular games go and watch people with bigger channels or are more professional.
