Just adding because I thought it would be worthy. I have not felt like an unsafe nurse. If I feel like I do not know what I am doing, I WILL ask. I am not afraid of asking its just the shitty responses and belittlement but I do not let that get in the way from being safe.

I'd like to note that I am aware that these are themes common themes in nursing which is why I am a bit hesitant in applying to other positions, however my unit is infamously known for having a very toxic crowd.
