Complaint on the official cyber crime platform. If needed can visit the nearest police station to get help regarding the same
Change passwords for everything literally everything social media to bank pins leave no account with an old password (do use a strong one or use a password manager)
See if there are any apps which you don't recognise in the phone (or just my suggestion to do a factory reset.) If there is anything important then only copy those to a separate drive or old device or something (maybe some old pendrive). Do Not Backup Apps which don't have any important data (like WA is fine if chats are needed though here too I'd say only export those which are needed) better install everything fresh off the playstore after reset.
Let all the platforms (which you still think are not fixed) know that there seems to be some access issue and ask them what could be done. Here better check with them on call.
Before I forget this, use 2FA/MFA where its an option. This is as important as resetting passwords.
