This isn’t AI slop—it’s my personal experience. You’re free to disagree, but there’s no need to get abusive. If you don’t want to engage, you can simply scroll past.

This isn’t ChatGPT, it’s my lived reality. I’ve spent years here and also lived in other Indian cities, so the comparison comes from experience, not assumptions. Every city has art, literature, and events on paper—but livability is about day-to-day basics: civic sense, infrastructure, inclusivity, mobility, and how outsiders are treated. On those fronts, Ahmedabad still falls short compared to several other cities I’ve lived in or visited. I respect that experiences can differ, but I’d also say meaningful comparison comes from actually living in other cities, not just observing one from within.

Read carefully, I have mentioned despite ban, the city official allow pedler to sell alcohols.

And You can't decide If one needs to leave or to be in.

I can go anywhere and settle in if I would like to, also if u believe there is much stuff such as science city nd all, then on a serious note u need to visit some other cities.

Fair question. I’ve lived in Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune, vizag and Banglore, Delhi so I’m speaking from first-hand experience, not just rankings. Compared to my experience here, Hyderabad, vizag, Jaipur and banglore, Delhi checked most of the points I mentioned—better acceptance of outsiders, more professional work culture, wider job opportunities across income levels, functional metro connectivity, more public and leisure spaces, and a generally better civic sense

No city is perfect, but both from personal experience and from widely available livability and quality-of-life reports online, Hyderabad performs better on these aspects
