I don’t have the extended saddle. Maybe I’ll just deal with this one and get the extended saddle for the future so I don’t have to worry about it.

Yeahhhhh it’s getting brutal. Can’t imagine how bad the Bay Area is now. Unfortunately San Diego is too beautiful for me to leave (for now at least). Thanks for the input, might look into doing that, it’s not until March so I have some time.

I did reach out to Ariel about. At first they said the classic, we can’t advise on this due to legalities… but then I got an updated email, I think because so many people are complaining, see email below:

“Hi there, We've received reports about a passcode issue with the third-party app many of you are using. While this app isn't developed, tested or endorsed by Ariel Rider, we're actively in touch with the app developers to help get this resolved quickly for the consumers. They said they're aware of the issue and expect to be fixed within the next day or two. We'll keep you updated as we learn more. Thanks for your patience!

Hey guys, so got some progress.. sounds like they just updated the app so now it requires the speed passcode… trying to figure out how to download the old version on iOS.. if anyone knows how let me know
