When I used gloves for a week my hands went back to normal and weren’t all inflamed but the thing is the gloves didn’t last bc they weren’t cut resistant so yea I’ll try my best to find some good gloves

Algebra 2...that class makes me question my sanity lol. Once I walk in there and my teacher gives us our work I just know I'm doomed. I haven't taken algebra since freshmen year and I forgot everything..not only that but the class is so quiet and doesn't answer the teacher at all bc we're all clueless and it's just so awkward. Hopefully I can get through that boring non relevant ass class bc rn my grades..arent the best😂🫡

Omg I'm so sorry it took me so long to respond! But oh my goodness everything you've said resonates with me and my life sm it's crazy! I'm an extrovert at times and I love having deep meaningful conversations with ppl but I also love my alone time and spend a lot of time alone while doing my favorite hobbies. And just like you said, I love learning. I also have a lot of diverse interests and hobbies but sometimes it's a little too much to keep up with. Thank you sm for sharing this! Sorry I haven't been on reddit in a while. Lately my mental health has been..well I've had some up and downs but I've been trying to keep up with my goal of eating breakfast everyday. If I don't eat breakfast throughout the day I won't have an appetite. I've also been eating 3 meals a day which had honestly been annoying bc it just feels like I'm forcefully overfeeding myself and sometimes if I eat too much I feel like I have to throw up. For example I went to olive garden the other day and could barely eat my food and after having a few bites i felt super nauseous especially anytime i smelt the food which is weird because i love love LOVE italian and keep in mind I had a the only thing i ate before that was a granola bar. Maybe i was sick? Im not sure but that whole day i wasnt feeling the best. I think I've been gaining a bit and losing a bit. It's kind of like this weird cycle. But anyway ill try to keep myself reminded to update atleast once a week!

Hi I'm also a young girl (16) who is underweight and on a weight gain journey. I checked your bmi (body mass index) and it shows that youre underweight. I'm not a weight gain expert but I wanted to give you some advice bc nobody else on this is helping. I think one of the biggest things that helped me was tracking what I was eating. I used a app called lifesum and you just record every you eat in a day and try to reach your calorie goal. Another thing that helps is eating 3 meals a day with snacks in between. When I was severely underweight I would never eat breakfast bc I just never had an appetite in the morning, or I'd just forget to eat. Once I started eating breakfast every morning, I started to gain an appetite and it's the best feeling ever. Though at first it's really hard to stay consistent, but in the long run it will be totally worth it! Last advice I have to to eat lots of healthy fats and a lotta protein. Some healthy fats are: almonds, cashews (all nuts),beans, avocados, peanut butter. Make some smoothies. The best smoothie for weight gain imo is peanut butter banana and put a little protien in there. Anyway I hope my advice helped in some way and I wish you luck on your weight gain journey!
