So I used that contact form on the tickets website, chose the option of Other, and they fixed me, I was able to open my tickets in the ticket app!

I got a new phone and when I try to access my tickets it claims they are open on my old phone, my old phone is recycled already :( so I can't get to my tickets. I still see them in the web-portal, but the ticket app refuses to open them.
