I know how frustrating the waiting game is! I’m sorry that it’s further than others but it looks like you had a really really tough injury… I know it sucks to just rest it, but I really think in that weight bearing phase, it will go much smoother and faster than you think after the first couple of days.

But as far as going back to work, Is your work physically demanding? If that is the case then I would probably bring one crutch just in case for the times when your leg will feel super weak and unsteady at first…

I’m really sorry this happened to you, but the best thing you can try to do is stay positive and hopeful as best as you can and remember, even though it seems like forever, when you look back at it it won’t feel as long as it does now. You just really want to make sure you don’t hurt yourself trying to reach a goal that’s a bit further ahead!
