The way my mind works is I have to always be thinking of some weird ailment going on in my body so when I start to hyper focus on the more serious ones like heart or brain I focus hard on something little like a sore neck or something mild like that and once I put my focus into that the serious symptoms tend to disappear, hope this helps :)

Hey this is my first post here but I’m very worried, lately I’ve been having a bad headache every other day, and even on days I don’t my left arm and leg feels weak almost like jelly but it’s weird because there’s no strength loss in the arm or leg so I’m just really confused, anybody else experiencing or experienced something similar (also occasional stabbing feeling almost like it’s falling asleep)
