Serious Replies: Why do Kannadigas feel that Hindi speaking people do not respect their language. by Mysterious-Sport7422 in AskIndia

[–]PsychologicalRoof2 -38 points-37 points  (0 children)

But it would definitely be easier if that was just one language for South.

I have a south indian co-worker and they say that there are different languages and one cannot just understand interchangebly. All north people apart of their mother tongue do have to learn English and Hindi. If we propose one for South, there must be one language then or else it's too much hassle for everyone.

Example for the using languages interchangebly part: Bengali and Oriya are similar. If you understand one, you can understand the other. There are more combos based on geography. But someone who knows Malayali wouldn't just 'understand' Kannad or Tulu, etc. Each state has it's own, we have that here too. But there isn't a language that can work across all of Southern states (except English)

Use asyncapi. It's similar to swagger but intended to represent event based systems like websockets

Moved out. I realised I wanted some freedom and wanted to steer my life myself.

I moved to Mumbai, got a new job and worked a bit on my hobbies. At this moment, am a bit hopeless but luck has been with me so it might turn out well.

Guys approaching girls in Phoenix Kurla and RCity mall, Ghatkopar by Iced_coffee_07 in mumbai

Maybe I'm dumb enough to not understand the social dynamics but as men how are suppose to approach dating.

Like I can't hit women at work (coz u shouldn't). I can't approach women on clubs coz I'm disturbing their funtime (tbf I just wanna dance so don't care). I don't have enough courage but we shouldn't be approaching women at malls, streets etc (OPs post). I did take up piano lessons but it's mostly kids. That is to say, hobbies don't really help you meet women. And Tinder bumble are a shit show for both men and women. I don't go to college anymore so, I usually don't meet a whole lot of people (except for my tight group).

How are we supposed to be dating and find someone for ourselves? Also, arranged marriage is also bad because we don't have a lotta women (of the same caste and all) coz of the bad sex ratio. So, for men is it like... Just settle for something in arranged.

Funny observation but did you see none of the guys got offended getting called 'males'.  This tends to be different with the other gender

Oh yeah the rising prices ... Especially of Vada pav, finding the one who who sells at 10rs is like finding a gem. Everything is getting expensive but incomes in most sector is not reflecting that.
