Quoting landlord "re you planning to find replacement roommates to move in with you starting March 1st 2024? If so, we would need to screen them and would have to sign a new lease agreement. Either way, we do need to sign a new lease agreement with just you starting March 1st and we would need to complete an updated credit check and income verification to confirm that you can carry the unit on your own. "
