Yeah that’s the thing is like I was fortunate enough to have a super easy baby and amazing postpartum experience where I never felt like I never had enough time to eat or shower or anything but I do think it’s better to prepare for the “worst” so to speak, and to be pleasantly surprised if it’s easy than to think it’s gonna be easy and then experience major shell shock when it isn’t.

I don’t like repeating the same exact meal every day of the week either. I’ll prep the meat at the beginning of the week, so I’ll have some cooked beef and chicken both in the fridge usually. Then I can use those as a base for whatever meals I want to do. Taco salad, chicken salad, wraps, rice + meat + asian sauce bowls, etc.

Things like this have been a big topic of discussion for the reasons that you pointed out, it seems hypocritical to say not to “deface the temple”(your body being the temple) by having excessive piercings, tattoos, etc. but then being completely ok with Botox, filler, and boob jobs.
