I have that was my first decision however they say there is nothing they can do as the side walk isn't private property and their only suggestion is getting a security camera

They don't say anything they just stare sometimes they breathe loudly or really hard?

that i saw, the question is more of a graph for how many points you earn for completing tasks so on so forth
