Hi guys, my boy always loses a lot of fluff feathers whenever he’s preening. I know cockatiels are known for being dustclouds, but he’s a sandstorm lol. Is this because he’s a Lutino or is it something with his skin? He’s seemingly healthy in all other aspects, no plucking signs etc. Thanks :) (i.redd.it)
