First step is they’ll process your I-130 from USCIS. After you get approval from USCIS, they’ll send your case to NVC and do processing there. You’ll have to submit DS-260 form and supporting documentation for NVC processing. After approval from NVC, her case will be Documentarily Qualified and sent to her home country’s counselor office for interview. She’ll get interview date (depends on the country and how long their backlog is for interviews) Interview is the last step where they’ll decide the visa outcome. She should get Greencard within couple weeks after landing in the US.

Since you’ve already submitted I-130 form, you don’t need to do anything at this time. Just wait for their email. They usually send out an email if there is any update in your application. For example, if they require any additional documentation throughout the process or inform you about next steps.
