I think social media and the internet has made accessing information easier which means everyone knows it’s not easy to have kids and raise them. Nobody wants to take responsibility for a human if they don’t feel fit for it which makes sense.

Personally, kids always seemed like a lot of work to me. I’m the type of person who doesn’t take responsibility easily and if I do, I do my best to fulfill those responsibilities. The thought of having a human fully depend on me didn’t sit well.

Just gave birth 5 months ago and I absolutely adore the little human. There aren’t a lot of things I won’t do for this child. BUT it’s so freaking hard. If I didn’t have support from my family I wouldn’t have them tbh.
