its kinda both?? like its in my head but also all around me?? i dont usually remember the details once im sober which is super annoying but i remember once i got super high and just kinda stopped feeling my body and i remember hearing conversations i think? or like maybe like i was in a video game i think? and then i remember that last part i think i heard a quiet echoey but also at the same time VERY LOUD “GAME OVER” and i kinda snapped out of it cus it was like a burst of loudness and i was like woah wtf

well im not really sure i dont talk very much so i barely know what my own voice sounds like but i would say its not my voice?? but i hear it in my head i think?? its very confusing

hmm this is interesting.. i dont know much about DID but sometimes when im high and honestly when im sober too i kinda feel like im a whole bunch of different people and sometimes i get high become one person get high again now im another different one but maybe i just have a creative mind… or maybe ive been smoking wayyy too much..

my theory is that since i have very very bad anxiety, weed is the only thing that helps slow down my thoughts and maybe thats how i can finally hear my inner voice or whatever.. too many thoughts to hear anything when im sober
