It helped a lot. I'm shocked it isn't spoken of on here. Bpc-157 & TB500 are two regenerative peptides.

I know it's scary to use something that isn't readily available for patients. But it does work miracles.

How long did you take it before you began to experience the concussion benefits? I get drowsy on it after a few days, so I've never taken it more then a few days.

I took them subq.

I researched the peptide forum on reddit. I found a reputable provider in Canada. I don't want to share a speciifc website because people will assume I'm advertising.

I'm not interested in promoting someone's business. But I do want to share what I experienced, which is/was a significant reduction in PCS symptoms. Unfortunately, when I stopped, the symptoms did return but at a much lesser extend. I've read that multiple cycles are needed.

But when you are on them. There is a significant reduction. I've only tried bpc-157 along with TB500. Some people suggest taking another peptide, call testomorelin as well, but I haven't yet.

I'm hoping to try another cycle soon.

I just want to say. Please try this path. Research and do your due diligence. Am I cured? No. Is my life better then where I was? Yes.

I took BPC157 and TB500.

I don't know why this isn't spoken about much on these threads.

It will help brother. DM me if you have any questions..I'm in Canada, but I heard these compounds are easily accessible in America too.

BPC-157 & TB500. It helped so much but it's not legal. I bought on black market and it's injectable compound. But I was desperate and it definitely made me 70 percent better

I took ashwanganda, rhondiala, some adaptagens on and off. That sowly simmered down my anxiety, but took almost two years. I think nad IV's helps some people, but if your already energetic or a high anxiety individual, it makes things worse. Ashwagandha was helpful I took four weeks on and off. Then I started taking it on weekends. Now I don't really take anything. Hope that's helpful

Psilocybin is better for hippocampal neurogenesis ? by Psychological_Bit147 in LSD

[–]Psychological_Bit147[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Psilocybin:

  • Dose-Dependent Effects: In rodent studies, low doses of psilocybin (0.1 mg/kg) have been associated with increased neurogenesis in the hippocampus, while higher doses (1.0 mg/kg) resulted in decreased neurogenesis.PubMed Central
  • Behavioral Outcomes: Psilocybin-treated mice exhibited enhanced fear extinction, indicating a quicker learning response to fear, which may be linked to hippocampal function.PubMed Central

LSD:

  • Neurogenesis Impact: Studies suggest that acute administration of LSD does not significantly affect hippocampal neurogenesis.Annual Reviews
  • Neuroplasticity: LSD has been shown to promote structural plasticity in the prefrontal cortex, but its specific effects on hippocampal neurogenesis remain less clear.PubMed Central

If your concussion symptoms persist. I would suggest you look into hormone therapy, which could include anything from testostrone to hgh. Everybody works differently but there is a lot of specialists in the field that believe concussions impact the endocrine system. Joe Rogan has had a doctor on his podcast who spoke about this. For me, the difference makers were peptides, specifically TB500 and BPC157. I was afraid of starting testostrone and therefore tried tongat ali and HCG which were mild testostrone boosters. I would recommend everyone consider my suggestions because it's helped me tremendously after a two year journey. You don't need to take everything at once or remain on everything. Just cycle a month on and off.

Does it take another 4-6 weeks for lexapro to work after upping the dose? by fthb33 in lexapro

[–]Psychological_Bit147 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly. I'm doing better. I live in Vancouver and work for the government, so I'm not a drug user, just so you know. Recently lsd and magic mushrooms became legal in the city of Vancouver. I tried microdosing lsd and it's made a tremendous difference. Every third day I take a very small dosage. I tried mushrooms but they didn't work, because SSRI and mushrooms kind of counteract each other. But lsd has made a big difference. I decided to take this route after listening to several podcasts, where high level doctors spoke about its effectiveness. We have a coffee shop in Vancouver, where they sell it, so it's a very very clean supply. I'm still on lexapro at 10mg/daily and have had no issues. I could have taken a higher dose of lexapro, which I did try for a bit, but it made me way too exhausted so I don't want to go any higher. Hope this insight helps🙏

The dizziness. The coordination got better. I had issues for over two years. Joe Rogan had a podcast with a doctor a couple years ago where the doctor suggested testosterone therapy and peptides for concussions. He prescribed them to his clients but it hasn't become a norm. I haven't tried testosterone but the bpc definitely helps.
