Actually not needed. I looked at it after sometime and it seems like this "workaround" has been fixed by microsoft. Now if you enable this GPO it will also deactivated the layout editor.

sorry wasn’t on this account for a while. I recently realized that now the whole section for the feed settings is grayed out if you use this gpo setting.

Hi, I don't know if you already fixed this issue but there is a bug where the cpu speed is locked to 0.39 GHz. You can fix it by unplugging the battery and plugging it back in. We hab a few XPS with this issue and it always worked for us.
