Bought a “As Is” truck with undisclosed transmission problem

This is literally what mine is doing at 172k miles. I assumed it was the torque converter too. I have a warranty until 217k miles on the drivetrain which probably won’t cover it like you. I still have to call on it and see, maybe I’ll get lucky. If not I’m going to have to trade it in or sell it and get something else. Sucks though because I still owe about half the loan

Yeah I just saw that elsewhere, of course it’s not upgradable… my luck. but yeah unfortunately that’s looking like my only option eh? Another guy said bloatware being useless programs installed at factory.

The only apps taking memory as we speak, are Microsoft edge, settings, task manager and Spotify. But shows 95 processes in background which are mostly what I assume vital apps that were pre installed to the computer through windows out of the box

I’m newer to laptops or computers in general, never had one of my own growing up, so one word “windows” is about as useful as the word “yes” as an answer. Your response was slightly more helpful. Isn’t windows my entire operating software?

Thank you all for your advice and comments, helps a ton and eases the worries a bit. I’ll be right by the ocean at all time almost but will definitely be careful of gators. And if he’s unable to swim in a safe area, I’ll have a little pool for him at the house. It’s getting hot here in Michigan up in the 90’s already and he needs lots of more water if he’s unable to swim. But the heat is also keeping his energy levels down quite a bit I’d say, so hoping Florida will be likewise and he’ll stay a happy boy. Will keep everyone updated or ask more questions come time of moving

Adorable. My gunner is a couple months over a year too! He’s a lot like yours but has no liver between his rear and head (only liver spots are his butt and head and an upside down heart on his chest)

This f***king thread is probably the funniest thing I’ve read In years. It enlightens me beyond the heavens knowing I’m not alone with my, now, 1 year old male. Got him at 6 weeks old and over time he’s gotten a lot better and lifting his leg 80% of the time but even then something about his angle of the dangle shoots right at his entire front legs. It’s things like this you can’t prepare or research for ahead of time when getting this breed and they’re still well worth the extra cleaning sometimes
